Australia/United States – In 2006, a pilot INDIGO project called MIX06 (Migrant Indigenous Exchange 2006) was developed as a collaboration between Monash University and the University of Hartford. Robert L Peters, Past President Icograda and Koopman Chair the University of Hartford (United States), invited Kennedy to participate in a workshop with University of Hartford students. Peters in turn visited Monash University as a Designer in Residence.
